EQUINE MEDITATION
Immersed in nature in the presence of horses, you’ll reconnect with your deepest self, feel rejuvenated, and replenish your spiritual reserves. Horses are able to pierce through the busyness of one’s mind and ego, and mirror back the true compass of one’s heart. They can do this because they have this deep embodied contact with the present moment.
During your time at Alchemy’s Touch, you will have the opportunity to connect in community, meditate, and reflect on your experience. The meditative piece of the program is approximately 30 minutes in length. You’ll leave the meditation feeling peaceful, empowered, and more relaxed. Come join the magic and allow your heart to be touched!
Prior to the event you will receive an email with detailed instructions for your arrival as well as the location address. All participants must be 15 years or older and minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
